1. For the purpose of that foreseen in Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December, on Personal Data Protection, Metaamti informs the
User that there is no automated personal data file of any kind and that all the data requested are transparent for the User.
It is the User who decides at all times if it is in his interest to provide them.
2. Metaamti reminds the User of his possibility to exercise the rights of access, rectification, opposition and cancellation
of the personal data contained in the Metaamti forms.
3. The rights of access, rectification, opposition and cancellation may be exercised by the User, and when appropriate the
person representing him, by means of written and signed request sent to the following e-mail address: info@metaamti.com or to
the postal address given below. (an e-mail message to this address is sufficient).
This request must contain the following data: User's name and address, address for notification purposes. Metaamti
undertakes to fulfil its obligation to maintain secrecy with respect to the data compiled and its duty to safeguard them, for
which it will adopt the necessary measures to avoid their alteration, loss, unauthorised access or processing, in agreement
with that established by the Regulation on Safety Measures of the automated files that contain personal data, approved by
Royal Decree 994/1999, of 11 July.
